Psychology has always been the basis of my career but it was difficult to find where I felt I would make the most impact. I decided to pursue studies in industrial/organizational psychology which can be applied to any type of business/non-profit organization in any industry. It was a versatile degree. Furthermore, I continued to pursue other versatile degrees, such as a master of science degree in human services leadership. Human services is a complex, yet versatile degree that can be applied to any business in the same way as my previous studies, therefore it paired well. Skills in leadership are essential in this ever-evolving business dynamic, especially in the changing non-profit world. The studies and skills I have acquired through my education reignited my passion for helping others in support services. Many people would have the opinion that this was not the title or position that I should be in. Leadership is not only being in the forefront of an organization and always being the face or public figure. It is in the support team and unit that satisfies my passion to help others see their potential and grow their ideas and company when the bigger picture is not always seen. I am here to help you see that picture and set up a system that will allow you to grow while you sleep and enjoy the fruits of your labor.
